LIVE webcast of 6 JPL/NASA Engineers

LOS ANGELES, May 7, 2008 -- JPL/NASA and Caltech will have several of their engineers conduct a LIVE video webcast on LatinoGraduate.net web site (http://www.LatinoGraduate.net/) on May 15, 2008 from 6 PM to 8 PM (PST).

Live video webcast will inspire and motivate youth to reach for the stars and work in the Space programs.

Webcast with six engineers from NASA/Jet Propulsion Laboratory (NASA/JPL)
and California Institute of Technology (CalTech).

The web broadcast is to highlight engineering opportunities in the Space program to high school and college students.  Webcast viewers will be able to submit their questions to the presenters during the broadcast.

The people participating in this webcast come from different backgrounds and work in different areas to provide a better insight on how they have made their dreams come true.  Some of the objectives of the JPL Latino Organization, Amigos Unidos, are to provide community outreach and to encourage Latino students to pursue higher education.
