School Watch is actively gathering the testimony of school district witnesses in order to expose perjury, lack of professionalism, and corruption ,in a recent special education due process hearing in the Goshen CSD, the District paid a witness an exorbitant fee to testify against the child and family.

Abu Ghraib, 2004 - The U.S. Defense Department removed seventeen soldiers and officers from duty,They all were involved in the abuse that took place at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. The prison is also known as the Baghdad Correctional Facility.In 2004 articles of the abuse, including pictures showing military personnel abusing prisoners, came to public attention when a 60 Minutes news report aired in April.

SchoolWatch has conducted an investigation into the Sachem school district of Long Island New York. The Sachem school district has a very large student population over 15,000 students. Sachem is one of the largest school district in New York State, keeping the vast student population in mind, we think one can only reasonably conclude that any one of Sachems abusive or bad policy's definitely would affect a very large number of students.

The School Watch Task force received several reports on the Anderson school. The first report was filed on july 17, 2008 ..The report was from a parent whose child attended the Anderson School in Staatsburg, New York. The child was removed from Anderson after the school attempted to force the child to be medicated, and threatened legal action against the parents if they did not consent to the medication.

In yet another defeat to the Parma City School District, the State Level Review Officer Robert Mues has upheld the decision of Impartial Hearing Officer Ronald Alexander. Jeff and Sandee Winkelman, who have been battling the PCSD for the last five school years over the programming for their child Jacob, who has autism, won reimbursement for Jacob’s attendance at the Monarch School for the 2007/08 school year.

The district is a target of the corruption scandal and the scandal is explocive.Everyone in Cleveland is following the corruption scandal in Cuyahoga County, which appears to be focused on three government officials, Dimora, Russo, and Kelley, who appear to have been involved in some sort of kickback schemes and quid pro quo shenanigans in which they abused the public trust. The FBI raided their offices and homes and executed search warrants, including Kevin Kelley’s office at the Parma City School District where he was the Board of E ducation President.

It was reported to SchoolWatch that at the Board of Education meeting of August 13th, the Parma Board hustled through business and postponed other planned business so that they could scurry into executive session and discuss the allegations made against board member Kevin Kelley that he has been involved in kickback schemes. Kelley was one of three individuals that had his home and office searched pursuant to a warrant executed by the FBI

Auditors identified 10 state school employees, including nine direct care workers, that were listed in a state misconduct registry as unemployable due to prior acts of abuse and neglect. Only after their names were brought to the agencys attension,all were fired.Texas SchoolWatch has infomation that most of the employees were on that list for years.We see many cases where the State of Texas is failing to protect Students from known or possible danger.
